First Blog!
I have finally decided to start blogging! It is slightly intimidating, as I do not have much free time on my hands. However, I will try to find time to blog once or twice a week at least! I think it is neat to let buyers have a behind-the-scenes look at what's going on with my jewelry.
Let me introduce myself! My name is Jade. I am a college senior studying political science with a minor in psychology. My Etsy shop name is Jade Handmade (click the link to check it out!). I create unique, elegant jewelry from recycled paper materials. Here, have a look at one of my most popular pieces!
This bracelet combines paper beads with wire and metal accent beads to create a crisp, contemporary look. The look is completed with a funky peace sign charm with a simple rhinestone in the center! Each paper bead was hand-rolled and twice coated with a waterproof sealant. I then wire-wrapped them to add to the bracelet's sophisticated look. Take a look at the listing here!
